Information Store – HR Advisory

  • Approval for the location of the factory (site), Building Plans , Layout of Plant and Machinery from the CIF by submitting Form No 1 along with the payment fees.
  • Registration certificate / Renewal of license by submitting Form 2 along with the payment fees.
  • Abstract / Notice under various Act display, Sign boards display.
  • Work Place, Canteen, Lunch room, Toilet, Rest room hygienic checking.
  • Employee welfare – Leave policy, working time, Overtime wages, Comp off wages , Minimum wages ,payment of wages ensure as per the provision of the Act.
  • Registers maintenance under factory act and various act as required under the rule.
  • Check the applicability of Welfare officer / Safety officer, Dispensary, Canteen & Rest room.
  • Accident precaution and if happens it will be intimated to the CIF and ESIC.
  • Record maintenance on tracking the machinery in such (pressure vessels).
